NON-DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF SEXUAL PREFERENCE

 

A resolution adopted by the Staff Council was endorsed by the Academic Senate at its meeting on April 6, 1978.  I am approving the recommendation from these two bodies.  It is now the policy of California State University Dominguez Hills that no one shall be denied employment, retention or advancement on the basis of sexual preference/ orientation.
