PTE Procedures

 

 

1.  Whenever a class is automatically included in the RTP file for PTE purposes, the narrative student comments will be placed in the file.

2.  Faculty members will select the course to be automatically included in the RTP file during the fourth week of the quarter*.

3.  A sheet will be placed in the PTE packet for the faculty member to use at her/his discretion, to describe unusual/extraordinary circumstances regarding the class (i.e., textbook not available, room changes, etc.).  This form will eventually be placed with the computer PTE summary of the class.

 

*Currently, the sixth week of the semester.
