Independent Study Procedures

 

 

1.  Every department or school shall have a written contract with each student completing an Independent Study.

 

2.  Approval for Independent Study shall require both the instructor’s and the department chair’s signatures.

 

3.  Students may register for Independent Study only on presentation of proof of completion of the above steps.
