(3/6/01) Juan Madera's project was chosen to be part of the Fifth
Annual
Student Research Conference at CSUDH through a competitive selection
process.
Further, he was selected to represent our campus at the Annual CSU
Student
Research Competition to be held at San Jose State University April 27 -
28. Juan's Faculty Mentor is Dr. Lisa Gray-Shellberg from the
Psychology

(3/8/01) Alejandro Morales' project was chosen to be part of the
Spotlight
on Research -- Second Annual Research Competition in the CSUDH Honors
Program
through a competitive selection process. Alejandro won 2nd place in the
competition! Alejandro's Faculty Mentor was Dr. Timothy W. Smith at the
University of Utah Psychology Department during a summer research
program.
