Disaster and Emergency Preparedness
The campus is preparing to test our preparedness with a countywide tabletop exercise in January. This should allow campus personnel to practice for emergencies.
It is a very complicated procedure to shut down and restart the university. We have begun to write our campus Business Continuity Plan which will give us the structure for recovery after a disastrous event that would shut down the campus (such as an earthquake or pandemic event).
