Preferential Parking

All carpool parking spaces are designated by the appropriate signs.  These spaces are available between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday after which time the space become available to general student and visitor parking. Preferential spaces can be found in lot #2, 3, 4, 6, and Physical Plant area.

• Preferential parking spaces will increase or decrease according to available spaces and demand. 

• If a carpooler drives alone to the work site (less than two passengers per car), he/she must park in a regular parking space.

• Carpool hanging parking tags must be visible anytime a participant parks in designated spaces. The carpool parking tags are the responsibility of the primary driver and must be returned to Employee and Student Transportation Service upon a discontinued carpool or upon separation of employment. 

  •  Each year employees will be issued a serialized hanging tag.  Note: carpool tags are not transferable.
