" I don't know
what the future may hold, but I know
who holds the future."
- Ralph
Abernathy
When our
candidates graduate from the CSUDH
Educational Administration Tier I
program they become members of our
School Leadership Family. As family
members, the CSUDH faculty assists
them with the complex process of
finding their first administrative
position. Ongoing career counseling
and job placement are supported
throughout the program and after
graduation. Each of our faculty
offers an extensive professional
network due to their wide-ranging
administrative experiences in many
districts throughout California. Our
faculty have been superintendents,
assistant superintendents,
directors, and principals to name
just a few of the many positions
they have held.
Click here to see what resources
we have developed to share with our
graduates as they begin the search
for their first job. In addition, we
provide “Finding Your First
Administrative Position” workshops
and career counseling throughout the
year to assist our graduates with
the complex task of creating a job
placement portfolio.
