Class Meetings:

TED 465S.01 (First Semester Fieldwork) meets two Fridays from 4:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. :

January 30, in SCC J146; and

May 7, 2004 (please check white board in SOE lobby for room) .

TED 465S.02 (Second Semester Fieldwork) meets three Fridays:

January 30 from 6:00-7:00 P.M. in SCC 11305;

April 9 from 4:30-6:00 P.M. in Loker Student Union; and

May 7, 2004, from 6:00-7:00 P.M. (please check white board in SOE lobby for room).

Please Note: TED 465S.01 and TED 465S.02 are now worth 6 units each, so you should not be enrolled in two fieldork courses.

Assignments:

Each semester you are turn in a Fieldwork Portfolio to your fieldwork supervisor at the last or next-to the last visit. The you will have it returned to you at the final exit conference. The only item your supervisor will keep is the "Final Reflection." Prerequisites:

TED 465S.01: In order to enroll in this course, you must have successfully completed TED 466, TED 411, and TED 467, with a "B" average or better, and no grade lower than a "C." You must be concurrently enrolled in the subject specific methods (Methods II), if you have not already completed it:

TED 468 (for English, Social Studies, Foreign Language, Math, or Science teachers);

TED 494 (for Art, Music, or Business teachers); or

PED 448 (for Physical Education teachers).

TED 465S.02: In order to enroll in this course, you must have successfully completed TED 465.01.

Important Announcement:

In order to earn a Ryan Credential (pre-2042 requirements) you must be finished with all of the requirements for the California Preliminary Credential in your subject area by December, 2004. You have until December, 2005, to complete the Clear Credential.
