  • Urban Troubled School District. Assembling multiple years of data, based on a standard-based recovery plan (FCMAT) to determine effectiveness of state-developed, standard-based recovery model for troubled urban schools.
  • Mental Toughness / Mental Discipline. Research conducted in the fields of military, sports, and education in search for the components of mental toughness as applicable to leadership training.
