GWEN G. MORSE, PhD, RN
Title: Lecturer

INTRODUCTION
Dr. Gwen Morse is an alumnus of California State University, Dominguez Hills. She completed her BSN in 1984 and her Master’s in 1988. Her clinical background is in critical care. In the past five years she has developed a strong interest in web design and has developed a number of physician sites as well as graduate and undergraduate online course development. She enjoys working with the faculty and students to help them become more comfortable with our software applications and new venue of courses online.
TEACHING INTERESTS
Dr. Morse has a wide teaching background with experience teaching at generic, RN-BSN and public and private universities. At the undergraduate level, Dr. Morse has taught medical-surgical nursing, professional issues, and statistics. At the graduate level she has taught advanced pathophysiology, theory, statistics, research, and informatics. Doctoral level courses include psychometric testing. 
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Research interests focus on women’s health. Specifically, Dr. Morse is interested in the relationship of clinical phenomena and various menstrual cycle phases.
