SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION MATERIALS

If you meet one of the following categories, you are invited to apply between January 1 and February 22, 2008:

1. A baccalaureate student with a GPA of at least 3.0 and completed at least 12 units at CSUDH and at least half of the required nursing courses (26 units) by the end of the Fall 2007 semester.

2. A graduate student with a GPA of 3.5 and have completed 15 units of the required MSN nursing courses by the end of the Fall 2007 semester.

3. BSN and MSN students complete and submit a Membership Intent Form and a brief resume or CV.

4. Before 2/22/08 mail completed packets (Intent Form plus resume) stapled together to:
