Application Checklist

The following must be done to be considered for admission:


q		Apply online for admission to the university at www.csumentor.com

q		Pay application fee paid or get fee waiver approved.

q		Apply for EOP online at www.csumentor.com
q		Request a Recommendation
q		Submitt high school transcripts to the Admissions Office (including records for 9th grade through the first semester of 12th grade) and any college transcripts

q		Submit SAT or ACT scores to the Admissions Office



CSU English Placement Test (EPT) and Entry Level Math Test (ELM) should be taken by March. Test scores are needed to place students in the appropriate English and math courses. Request test results be sent to CSU Dominguez Hills.
