Application Process Tips

• Look at the EOP Family Income Guidelines to determine if you meet the income eligibility criteria. This step may save you unnecessary work if you do not qualify.
   

• Fill out the CSU Admission Application and EOP forms online at www.csumentor.com before completing the EOP online application which can also be accessed at CSU Mentor.
   

• Take the SAT or ACT as early as possible.
   

• Take the English Placement Test (EPT) and the Entry Level Math (ELM) test during the November, December, or January test dates. For registration information, contact the Testing Office at (310) 243-3909.
   

• High school transcripts should include records for 9th grade through the first semester of 12th grade.
   

• Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov/ as early as possible and list CSU Dominguez Hills.
   

• You will receive correspondence from different offices of the university, be sure to respond promptly to the correct office.
