- Special Notice Regarding the Undergraduate Spring 2011 Admission Application Process
- Spring 2011 Upper-Division Transfer applicants must submit transcripts for coursework completed through the Summer 2010 term by September 30, 2010. Coursework in progress for the Fall 2010 term will not be reviewed for Spring 2011 admission consideration.
- Incoming Freshman: Freshman applications for Fall 2010 are closed. Already applied for the Fall 2010? Once you've graduated from high school, make sure your official transcript including the date of graduation is submitted to our office by July 1. If you can't meet that deadline because of your high school graduation date, contact us today.
- Transfer Students: Transfer applications for Fall 2010 are closed. Already applied for the Fall 2010 semester? Submit your official transcripts including Spring 2010 courses by July 1.
What We Do
The Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for determining student eligibility for admission to and graduation from the university. We process and evaluate applications and transcripts for admission purposes and are also responsible for determining student residency status, establishing student records, updating transfer credit, and maintaining transfer articulation agreements. Additionally, we register new and continuing students for classes, maintain academic records, prepare transcripts, and research and review petitions for exception to University policy.
