Toro Leadership Challenge
Take the Toro Leadership Challenge and earn a leadership certificate while honing your leadership skills. This series of workshops will be highly interactive with the purpose of providing each participant with practical learning outcomes. Attend as many workshops as you wish. For those who successfully complete all workshops, you will receive a certificate of completion and be publicly recognized for your accomplishment. The certificate can be listed as an achievement on your resume.
The TLC is an opportunity for current and emerging leaders to gain knowledge and skills to become more effective in their roles. Leadership and life skills are the two main focus areas of the workshops. Life skills have been defined by the World Health Organization as "abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. They represent the psycho-social skills that determine valued behavior and include reflective skills such as problem-solving and critical thinking, personal skills such as self-awareness, and interpersonal skills."
Join in on the learning, personal development, and the leadership community that is TLC!
