The New Student Orientation (NSO) program at CSUDH is provided six times a year to incoming admitted freshmen and transfer students. A positive and well-balanced orientation program is integral to a students ability to transition smoothly from high school and other colleges and universities. Through teamwork with various offices including University Housing, Student Development, Academic Advising, Records and Registration, University Police, Testing, Financial Aid and the Student Health Center. NSO at Dominguez Hills is both welcoming and useful.
We need students and student groups to lead campus tours, assist with check-in, translate for parents sessions, and to assist with evaluations. Your involvement with NSO can be instrumental to a brighter beginning for a new CSUDH student.
