usually offered on an appointment basis, however, circumstances may arise
that need more immediate attention.
Crisis Counseling
Our mental health
professionals are trained to assist students in times of personal crisis. If
you have an urgent situation call the Office at (310) 243-3625 or come
directly to Welch Hall D360 and ask to be seen for a crisis appointment.
Crisis counseling is appropriate if you are:
* Feeling like you want to
hurt yourself or someone else
* Having odd or intrusive
thoughts
* Experiencing a traumatic
event or loss of a loved one
