Women's Track Team Opens Indoor Season

Seattle, WA – Grace Fitchett posted an NCAA provisional mark in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 8.88 seconds coming in fourth at the Dempsey Indoor Preview, kicking off the 2006 indoor season. Fitchett would be accompanied by her teammates Meia Tezano and Alexandria Anderson who would also post provisional marks in the 60-meter hurdles, with times of 8.92 (5th) and 8.94 (7th), respectively.

Other CSUDH results are:

• 200 meter dash: Brandy Zeigler, 25.81 (7th), Marisha Satchell, 26.80 (14th), Evelyn Grahm, 27.72 (23rd), Dorthy Andrews, 28.97 (30th)
• 400 meter dash: Meia Tezeno, 59.32 (7th), Kelly Smith, 1:03.71 (16th), Stephanie Peoples, 1:06.11 (20th)
• 800 meter dash: Kristen Glen, 2:32.26 (18th)
• 4x400 relay: Evelyn Graham, Marisha Satchell, Kelly Smith, Brandy Zeigler, 4:08.03 (7th), Alexandria Anderson, Grace Fitchett, Kristen Glen, 4:14.41 (9th)
