Sixty-Eight Toros Earn CSUDH Athletics’ Spring Honor Roll Accolades
August 8, 2007

Carson, CA -- Cal State Dominguez Hills women’s soccer player Candace Hearn (Whittier, CA/Whittier HS) again fielded a perfect 4.0 GPA during the spring semester after earning perfect marks during the fall, and was joined by men’s soccer’s Andrew Marinez (Santa Monica, CA/Santa Monica HS) and cross country’s Janet Ramer (Santa Ana, CA/Santa Ana HS) atop the GPA board to lead 68 Toro student-athletes who earned at least a 3.0 GPA during the spring 2007 semester, an increase of 13 from last semester’s 55 honorees.

Overall, men’s soccer boasted the most athletes on the list with 12 players named to the spring honor roll, while softball’s 11 and baseball’s 10 followed closely.
