IKEA Partnership Reopens the Multicultural Center With Style

As coordinator of the CSU Dominguez Hills Multicultural Center, Lui Amador plans activities for students that raise consciousness about ethnic and social issues. With the Center’s move to the
expanded Loker Student Union, he wanted to find a way to designate the new space that would welcome more students to the Center for its programs, and turned to the Carson IKEA to provide a welcoming and dynamic ambience for the MCC.

Professor to Host Scholars’ Conference on Spanish Postfeminism

Benito Gómez, assistant professor of Spanish literature, will present “Spanish Postfeminism?” on Thursday, Feb. 15, bringing together national experts in the field of Spanish literature to the CSUDH campus to question the existence of postfeminism in today’s Spain.
