Jacqueline Seabrooks: Alumna Takes the Helm as Inglewood Chief of Police Jacqueline Seabrooks joined the Inglewood Police Department in October as the new chief of police. Dateline had the opportunity to visit with the second woman in Los Angeles County to hold down a top law enforcement position, and the first African American female chief of police in Inglewood’s history.
