Former Toro second-baseman and current Mark Keppel High School baseball coach Houston Hernandez was featured in yesterday's
Whittier Daily News. Now 25, and three years removed from claiming both 2nd-team ABCA/Rawlings All-Region and 2nd-team All-CCAA
honors, Hernandez took over as head coach of the Aztecs in November 2009, looking to turn the team's fortunes around after MKHS
has won less than 10% of their games in the past five seasons.
