California State University, Dominguez Hills will present A.R. Gurney’s "The Dining Room," a theatrical comedy, in the University Theater.

Directed by Sydell Weiner, professor, Theater Arts, the theatrical comedy uses the changing role of the dining room in the home to portray the evolution of the American family during the 20^th Century.

Presented by the Department of Theatre Arts and the Division of Performing and Digital Media Arts at CSU Dominguez Hills, show times are 8 p.m. on October 20, 21, 27 and 28, and 2:30 p.m. on October 29.

Tickets are $10 for general admission, $8 for students, and $6 for groups of 10 or more persons.

The University Theater is located on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills, at 1000 East Victoria Street, Carson.
