Former Speaker of the California Assembly Antonio Villaraigosa will deliver the keynote address to the graduating class of California State University, Dominguez Hills, at The Forum in Inglewood on Friday, May 24, beginning at 10 a.m. Villaraigosa, a native of Los Angeles, is a product of the local educational system.
