Strategic Planning Oversight Committee Charge

As a subcommittee of the University Planning Council (UPC), the Strategic Plan Oversight Committee (SPOC) is responsible for assessing the University
Strategic Plan on an annual basis. In carrying out this responsibility, SPOC will monitor and evaluate the progress being made and may recommend changes to the original Plan. The primary basis for its assessment will be annual "Evidence of Progress" reports to be submitted by the four vice presidents, although other sources of information may be sought.

The subcommittee will make its report to the UPC in December of each year, with a copy to the president.
