Form Properties:

The form properties can be configured any time after you insert the form area on the web page.

Just right click anywhere within the form area and click on Form Properties to configure the Form Properties.

Where to store the form result:
Choose Send to if you want to have the form result saved on a text file or sent by e-mail.
Choose Send to database if you want to have the form result saved on a database file.
Choose Send to other if you want to use your own custom script (ISAPI, NSAPI, or CGI) as a form handler.  
Form properties:
Create the name of your form and fill it in the Form Name box.
Target Frame box is only available when your form is under a framed page.

After clicking on the Option button on the Form Properties window, you can:
choose the file format which you are going to save the form result to;
choose e-mail format, subject line, and reply-to address;
assign a HTML file to be used as the confirmation page instead of using the auto-generated confirmation page from FrontPage;
edit the form fields which is going to be saved on the text file and the e-mail message.
