How to upload/download files?

On 'Start' menu, go to Programs.
Highlight WS-FTP.
Click on WS-FTP95LE.
The Session Properties window will be opened up.

Click on the arrow at the end of the 'Profile Name' box.

Choose a profile. (e.g. csudh)

 
The information of the corresponding profile will be displayed.

Click on 'OK'.

After you're successfully connected to the server, you will see the above window on your screen.
On the left side is the directories and files on your local machine.
On the right side is the directories and files on the server.

To upload files from local machine to server:
Locate the drive and directory on your local machine.
Highlight the files that you want to upload on the left side.
Click the Right Arrow button located between the left and right windows.

To download files from the server to your local machine:
Locate the drive and directory on your local machine.
Highlight the files that you want to download from the right side.
Click the Left Arrow button located between the left and right windows.
