Towalame Austin Towalame Austin has over 17 years of experience in the non-profit sector, where she has carved a niche by bridging the worlds of traditional and entertainment philanthropy. As executive of philanthropy for Roc Nation, she is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the philanthropic efforts of artists. Austin directly manages Rihanna’s charity venture, The Clara Lionel Foundation. She previously was president of the Magic Johnson Foundation, Inc.

Austin sits on the board for the Association of Black Foundation Executives and serves as chair of their governance committee. In addition, she sits on the Philanthropic/Advisory Board for her alma mater, California State University, Dominguez Hills and the Diversity Task Force for Live Nation Entertainment.
