Refunds are based on the date a student officially withdraws from a class. Official withdrawal is the date received. Refunds are calculated as follows for Spring Intersession:

  • For drops through May 24, 2022, the refund will be the total fee paid, less $10 administrative costs.
  • For drops occurring May 25 - May 31, 2022, the refund will be 65% of the total fee paid.
  • For drops after May 31, 2022, there will be no refunds.

Courses may be cancelled if there are not enough students enrolled. If a course is cancelled, a full refund will be automatically processed. Please allow six to eight weeks for processing.

Please check my.csudh.edu for your grades beginning 72 hours after the course end date.
