Registration Information

Permission numbers-

·    BSN 422- permission to enroll in the course can be requested by emailing Quine Jones at qjones@csudh.edu

·    BSN 423- permission to enroll in the course will be based on approval of your Clinical Application

·    ENG 350- email BSN Major Advisor at bsnmajoradvising@csudh.edu

Waitlist-

How does the waitlist work? The system automatically enrolls the next person on the waitlist (within 24 hours) when a student drops a course. However, once the semester begins, you will need to contact the professor to request a Late Registration Permission Number. NOTE: Adding yourself on a waitlist will help the Faculty determine if a new section is needed.

For more information about Waitlists: https://www.csudh.edu/registrar/registration/registering-classes/waitlists/

Add/Drop-

students who need to drop must follow the add/Drop policy provided by the University. See below Filing Dates and Instructions.

Weeks 12 through 15

If a student needs to drop all courses enrolled in for a term, he or she may do so online at My.CSUDH before the term begins and during the first three weeks of the semester. They may also submit a Change of Program Form [PDF] which must include all of the courses they intend to drop. No signature required.

The academic record shows withdrawal but does not indicate specific course.

·     Supporting Documentation

·     Signature of instructor and Department Chairperson is required.

A grade of "W" will be assigned for all courses. No refund of the State University Fees allowed. Prorated tuition refund in accordance with refund table in current Schedule of Classes.
