The Toro Learning & Testing Center (TLTC) offers a variety of academic support to all currently enrolled students in the areas of math, science, and writing. The center is located on the 1st floor of the University Library's North Building, room C-121. A valid CSUDH student ID card is required to access services and to schedule a tutoring session. Same day sessions can be made when available, but scheduling earlier is strongly recommended.. The California State University, Dominguez Hills Testing Center serves as the test center for a wide variety of local, national, and international testing programs.  CSUDH Testing proudly offers computer and paper based proctoring services to CSUDH and the greater DH community.

Examinations administered by the Testing Center includes the Graduation Writing Exam (GWE), CLEP, SAT, and GRE Subjects.  For more information on the above exams and other services offered by CSUDH Testing Center, see our website at center/.

The GRE Subjects is an admission examination for graduate degree programs.  The following subject exams are offered 3 times a year.

The GWE is offered 5 times a
year. Students register for the GWE through the Testing Center website

A passing score of 8 or better fulfills the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR). All students must meet GWAR to graduate from the CSU-system.
