The Toro Learning & Testing Center (TLTC) offers a variety of in center and online academic support services to all currently enrolled students. The TLTC has free drop-in group tutoring services and Supplemental Instruction (SI) group study sessions. Students can work with peers to review subject/course specific content. The Center is located on the ground floor of the North Library. A valid CSUDH student ID card is required to participate in services. Please visit our website for additional information

Extended evening and weekend hours are available during the Spring/Fall semesters.

The CSU Dominguez Hills Testing Center offers fee-based proctoring services and is responsible for the administration of the Graduate Writing Exam (GWE) and the College Level Examination Program, (CLEP). As an NCTA Certified center, the Testing Center adheres to the professional standards and guidelines set forth by the National College Testing Association (NCTA). For more information on Testing Center services, please visit our website at

Graduation Writing Exam Accommodations: 

SdRC: Students registered with the Students disAbility Resource Center should contact SdRC at least 10 business days before the exam to arrange any special accommodations.
