The Toro Learning & Testing Center (TLTC) offers a variety of in center and online academic support services to all currently enrolled students. The TLTC has free drop-in group tutoring services and Supplemental Instruction (SI) group study sessions. Students can work with peers to review subject/course specific content. The Center is located on the ground floor of the North Library. A valid CSUDH student ID card is required to participate in services. General Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Extended evening and weekend hours are available during the Spring/Fall semesters.

The CSU Dominguez Hills Testing Center offers fee-based proctoring services and is responsible for the administration of the Graduate Writing Exam (GWE) and the College Level Examination Program, (CLEP). Graduation Writing Exam Accommodations: 

SdRC: Students registered with the Students disAbility Resource Center should contact SdRC at least 10 business days before the exam to arrange any special accommodations.
