Leadership Engagement and Development (LEAD)

The Leadership, Engagement and Development (LEAD) office, formally known as the Office of Student Life (OSL) provides opportunities for students to enhance their classroom and college experiences through co-curricular activities and programs. With over one hundred recognized student-led clubs and organizations to be a part of, there is something for everyone.

LEAD enhances student academic achievement, career competencies, and sense of belonging through programs, resources, student organizations, leadership programs, civic engagement, and annual events.

Under the Division of Student Affairs, the LEAD office collaborates closely with the Loker Student Union, University Housing, the Associated Students, Inc., Athletics Department, and the Male Success Alliance.
