Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow for parking and seating. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Guests are welcome to save seats for friends and family, but in consideration for other attendees, please refrain from blocking off entire rows.

What to Expect

As the ceremony begins, students will be ushered into the stadium in a processional, followed by the University President, Vice Presidents, and notable guests taking the stage. The President will announce the beginning of the ceremony and speak briefly, followed by a short speech by the Associated Students, Inc., President. A keynote speaker will give an approximately 15-minute speech prior to the reading of names. Students will walk across the stage, have their name read and receive their certificate of participation, followed by the University President giving the official conferral of degrees.
