COVID-19 Parking Updates


Parking Services will issue pro-rated spring semester parking refunds to students in response to the COVID-19 disruption of in-person, on-campus instruction. Thank you for your patience as we developed a policy and procedure to conduct refunds in the most efficient manner.

Students who have purchased a parking permit for Spring 2020 will be refunded the following amounts, based on our existing refund schedule.

You will not have to surrender your permits or fill out any forms in person. We want to ensure that we continue to adhere to social distancing practices. It is recommend you keep and display the voided parking permit to avoid being issued a citation, as all existing parking rules and regulations are still being enforced on campus during this time.

Refunds will be issued beginning April 8, 2020 via direct deposit, or by check, which will be mailed to the address we have on file. We urge you to enroll in direct deposit by visiting and consulting the user’s guide found on this link: on how to set up direct deposit.

If you are already enrolled in direct deposit, please take a moment to verify that your account information is up to date.  Please update this information no later than April 1, 2020.
