Rights & Resources

COVID-19 Response Update: The Title IX Office recognizes that discrimination, harassment, and violence do not come to a halt during a health crisis and wants to reassure the Toro community that all essential equity-related prevention and response services will continue to be provided to students, staff, and faculty. We are available during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to respond to questions and meet remotely via phone, Zoom, and text.

If you would like to speak with us, please contact Title IX Officer, Elizabeth Schrock, via email at eschrock@csudh.edu. To notify us about an incident, please fill out the online form that can be found on the Make a Report page of this website.

Further, Student Health and Psychological Services and the Center for Advocacy, Prevention, and Empowerment (CAPE) continue to provide confidential supportive services remotely. Please visit their websites for up-to-date information. In an emergency or after business hours, please call the CSUDH Police Department at (310) 243-3333 or 911.
