Black Women For Wellness' annual Reproductive Justice Conference will convene on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at the California Endowment in Los Angeles, to discuss the political and economic climate of our fundamental rights, and how Black women and girls' basic human rights are in jeopardy. Join us for workshops on abortion rights and access, key policy and political issues, young adult issues, contraceptive equity, environmental justice, civic engagement, comprehensive sex education, and much more!
Participants who attend the conference can receive up to 5.25 Certified Health Education Specialist units, pending approval.

An in-depth discussion of the role racism plays in U.S. health outcomes and how the field of public health can tackle this issue. This will be a 45 minute discussion followed by 15 minutes of audience Q&A.
