The Staff Awards of Excellence program is intended for staff employed by CSUDH. The following guidelines for nominees will govern eligibility:
- Open to all employees of CSUDH except management personnel (MPPs) and faculty.
- Employee's time-base must be half-time or more.
- Employee must have a permanent or probationary appointment.
- Must be employed for at least one year (12 months or more) at CSUDH.
- Must have a commendable work record with the university.
- An employee must be actively employed at the time of the awards ceremony.
