The CSUDH Professional Development and Training Program is committed to enhancing the performance and effectiveness of employees by offering an array of educational workshops connecting people, ideas, and solutions that promote and foster individual and organizational growth.

The Leadership Development Series consists of leadership workshops that reinforce leadership principles and core competencies; offered throughout the year. 

University Business

University Business offers a variety of workshops aimed at understanding the policies and procedures of the University to ensure the needs of staff, faculty, and students are being met. 

Professional Growth

The Professional Growth Series focuses on numerous topics that will be available to all employees and provide development opportunities related to, but not limited to, customer service, diversity and inclusion, performance improvement, communication, continuous improvement, self-awareness, culture building, and time management.
