2018-19 Computer Rollout

The much anticipated campus rollout from he Division of Information Technology (DIT) is here. We will be offering Dell and Apple products, as standardizing equipment will help facilitate deployment, maintenance, and training across campus. 

Delivery and Pickup

To make this a seamless process for all, we will be using a Scheduling app to make appointments for delivery and pickup times. Please be on the lookout for the email, which will include the link to the Scheduler. Emails will be sent out based on eligibility and timeframe noted below.  User services will deliver and setup desktop computers, while laptops must be picked up, in person. 

  • Please Note: You will be asked to sign a University-Issued Device Agreement upon pick up.

The following models will be replacing the existing computers.  Please Note: Quantities are limited and you will receive a like replacement of your current machine. We will not be able to honor any requests or changes at this time.
