eduroam (education roaming) provides one seamless access across CSUDH for all users, removing the need for guest access. Once you join, your device will connect automatically.


Dropbox is cloud-based storage service that provides unlimited, free, online space for storing and sharing files. Files stored on Dropbox can be synced and accessed from anywhere and from any device. Currently CSUDH offers a limited number of licenses to faculty and staff.


Mobile devices can be easy pickings for data and identity thieves. For extra protection, always enable home screen passwords and locks, so if your device is misplaced or stolen you will still be protected.

Upcoming Projects

Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 allows current CSUDH students, faculty, and staff to install Office 365 on up to five computers and five mobile devices. The application offers the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more.

Password Reset

CSUDH offers a cloud-based, self-service, password reset service to make resetting your password easy. Students, faculty, staff, alumni can reset passwords via security questions or email. Department accounts can also be reset.

Lecture Capture

Process of creating video and audio content for any standard, hybrid, or online course.


CSULearn is the new CSUDH professional development portal that includes compliance and customized trainings. Effective January 2019.
