The CSUDH Information Security Office (ISO) supports the central mission of the University by assuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information and information systems.

CSUDH offers a cloud-based, self-service, password reset service to make resetting your password easy. Students, faculty, staff, alumni can reset passwords via security questions or email. Department accounts can also be reset.

Password reset is part of a greater security campaign that includes higher bandwidth wifi and multi-factor authentication. Users will be required to setup security questions so they are better protected. And all new passwords must be at least 12 characters long, contain upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and valid special characters.
