CSU Oral History Project

The CSU Oral History Project consists of transcripts, cassette tapes, correspondence and other materials relating to oral history interviews with various individuals involved in the formation of the California State University system. Interviews were conducted during Phase 1 (1988) and Phase II (1998-2001). The following alphabetical (by last name) list of published interviews gives a short description of the roles individuals had during the beginning of the State College system in the 1960s and its growth in successive decades. Titles of each interview follow the names.
