Dr. Willis is an assistant professor at CSUDH since 2017, is a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She began serving as the program coordinator for the MFT department as of August 2020 and provides oversite curricular and clinical training modifications required for program review and accreditation. She previously functioned as the department's fieldwork coordinator from 2017-2018. Dr. Willis is actively engaged in clinical practice, emphasizing chronic health conditions, culture, gender, and diversity. She is involved with AAMFT and has served as a COAMFTE site visitor and eligibility reviewer. Currently, she serves on the Election Council and is on the Advisory Board of the Minority Fellowship Program for AAMFT.
