Summer Academy

In 2021, CSUDH received a Minority Science Engineering Improvement Program (MSEIP) grant from the Department of Education. This goal of this three-year program is to increase minority representation in STEM majors and careers through focused mentoring, Research opportunities.

Summer Research

 

STALP summer Program provides opportunities for highly motivated undergraduate students to develop skills as young scientists and to further explore their interest in biomedical research. Participants are matched to a biomedical research laboratory at CSUDH or UCLA and engage in a research projects under the guidance of a faculty member and their lab team. The Summer program is intended to provide excellent preparation and relevant experience for students planning to pursue a PhD or MD/PhD in the biomedical sciences.

AEOP Program

 

The purpose of this initiative is to offer both students and teachers a collaborative, cohesive portfolio of U.S Army-sponsored STEM programs that will engage, inspire, and attract the next generation of STEM talent through K through graduate programs, while exposing them to Department of Defense STEM careers.
