The Mission Statement for Payroll Services is to provide timely and accurate compensation payments for all employees, provide prompt and reliable information/service to our customers in a personal and professional manner, and staying current on regulations, policies and procedures that govern compensation and promptly addressing the changes on campus.

Verification of Employment

If you are an employee with CSUDH seeking employment verification for yourself, please complete the CSUDH employee verification form.
If you are a third-party company seeking verification or an employee working with a third-party company, please send verification of employment to payrollservices@csudh.edu or FAX: (310) 243-7165. Please include signed authorization.
If you are calling only to verify active status, please call payroll services at (310) 243-3769

Retrieving Paystubs/ W2

The State Controller recognizes that many colleagues are working in alternate locations during the COVID-19 outbreak and the SCO team is doing their part to accommodate these challenges.

Cal Employee Connect allows state employees to view, print, and electronically save their own W2, leave balances, direct-deposit earnings statements, and more

Registration

To register for the secure portal, just have one of your recent paystubs, issued within the last six months and visit https://connect.sco.ca.gov/ to complete the simple process within few minutes.

If you have any past stub statements, you can use any paper pay stub dated January 2017 – current to register.

If you are having problems or you do not have any pay stubs please contact your payroll Technician and they will be able to further assist you with the information you need.

METHOD OF SUBMISSION

All forms must be completed and submitted to payroll services through the CSU secure file transmission Moveit.
