Research Enterprise Pre- & Post-Award Services Task Force

This task force was charged with examining how CSUDH manages our pre- and post-award processes. They looked at best practices nationally in terms of policy, organizational structure, staffing, and funding. The task force then recommended steps to enhance CSUDH's effectiveness and efficiency, stimulate additional faculty interest and outcomes in securing external grants and contracts, and generate additional, sustainable revenue increases.

Task Force to Recommend Best Practices for Non Tenure-Track Instructional Faculty

The purpose of this task force was to address how non-tenure track faculty work at CSUDH, so that the university can practice accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and rigorous standards. They were to study best practices, evaluate proposed or recommended practices, and then recommend initiatives and best practices to enable CSUDH to support the necessary professional development of non-tenure track faculty.
