3yr Part Time Ext Ed Program

Cal State University Dominguez Hills part-time Master of Social Work (MSW) program is designed for working professionals. This 3 year program is offered through the University’s College of Extended and International Education (CEIE) and is accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE). The program is 60-credit hours in length with classes scheduled during fall, spring, and summer terms. Classes take place during one weeknight evening and every other Saturday, with a few exceptions. The curriculum, faculty, and academic advisement for this program is managed by the CSUDH MSW department. However, CEIE administers the program, handling registration and collection of fees. The 3 year program is a self-support degree program (not funded by state tax revenue). Therefore, the tuition reflects a slightly higher rate than similar programs held on the CSUDH campus however, the same accredited degree is awarded.
