Discounted Phone Services

The California LifeLine Program (California LifeLine) is a state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households. The California LifeLine discounts help consumers lower the cost of their phone bills. Only one discount per household is allowed (except for teletypewriter users and for Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program participants).

211 California

211 California is a free service that connects Californians quickly and effectively to existing health and human service programs, joblessness support, and disaster response information in their communities. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in 150 different languages.
