Terms

  • Venue use reservations for student clubs and orgs are available 14 months in advance.
  • Reservations are processed in order of receipt.
  • Tentative reservations will not be accommodated.
  • Priority booking is extended to on-campus constituents.

Reservation Process

Organization presidents and facilitators must attend a Torolink/EMS reservation workshop. Once training is complete, an account will be issued for access into the EMS reservation system.

Student club/organization facilitator submits reservation request into EMS system.

Student Club/Organization Facilitator submits reservation request to Torolink, attaching EMS reservation number.

Requests will then be processed through the appropriate facility/venue holders and departments for review.

Student Club/Org will receive a reservation confirmation.
